- Content: NSFW is fine; illegal content is not.
- The Craft: I'm a human with high-end gear, not a factory. Tiny variations happen.
- Delivery: Once marked "Delivered" (or you say "thanks" at a con), my legal responsibility ends.
- Credit: Please credit Ruby's Relics as the manufacturer if you resell.
1. Age Requirement & Content Policy
Age Verification: By placing an order with Ruby's Relics, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We rely on this representation to comply with various regional laws and regulations.
Acceptable Content: We accept orders for mature or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. We do not discriminate based on subject matter or artistic expression, provided it remains within legal boundaries.
Illegal Activities & Restrictions: We strictly prohibit the printing of any material that is illegal in accordance with local, state, or federal laws, or any art listed on our Public Restriction List. If an order is cancelled by us for violating these policies, you will be refunded the full amount minus any processing fees.
2. Intellectual Property & Artist Protections
Artist Permission: By submitting artwork, you represent that you have obtained all necessary permissions from the original artist for reproduction.
Commercial Rights: If you intend to resell or make money from the stickers, you warrant that the artist is aware of and has consented to this commercial application. You acknowledge that many artists charge specific commercial fees, and ensuring these are settled is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Art Guard & Restriction Policy: We respect the rights of original creators. Original artists may submit a request at any time to cease future production of their artwork. Such requests must be made via the official Art Guard Request form on our website.
Public Restriction List & Verification: To protect customers from accidental infringement, restricted artists or artwork will be added to a Public Restriction List. Some artists require a "Contact for Approval" check. If you submit art from these creators, we will hold the order and contact the artist for verification. Failure to provide correct artist details for approval will result in cancellation.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Ruby's Relics harmless from any claims or legal expenses arising from copyright disputes or unauthorized commercial use of the provided artwork.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason (e.g., suspected art theft or poor file quality).
3. Nature of Service, Quality, & Pricing
Boutique Production
I am a single person (a dragon, really) working with high-end gear (Epson EcoTank & Silhouette Cameo 5), not a massive factory. Minor variations in color or cut alignment (up to 1mm) are inherent to the DIY process and are not defects.
Service Provider: Ruby's Relics provides custom printing and precision-cutting services. We produce physical goods based on customer-supplied digital artwork.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Quotes provided for custom orders are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been paid and accepted.
Source Material: We are not responsible for pixelation from low-resolution files. 300 DPI is recommended.
4. Shipping, Cons, & Liability
Transfer of Responsibility: Ruby's Relics' legal and financial liability ends upon the earliest of:
- Digital Confirmation: You confirm receipt via email, DM, or text.
- In-Person Acceptance: A verbal "thanks," "got it," or similar acknowledgment during a convention or local pickup.
- The 3-Day Window: 72 hours after a carrier marks the package as "Delivered."
Shipping Assistance: We are not liable for carrier errors but will provide reasonable assistance (tracking logs/documentation) to help you track lost packages or provide documentation for you to file a claim with the shipper.
Surface Disclaimer: Use on property is at your own risk. We are not liable for damage caused by application or removal.
5. File Retention & Attribution
90-Day Retention: Digital files are kept for 90 days from the last order to facilitate re-orders.
Manufacturer Credit: You may not claim credit for the physical manufacturing. If you resell, you agree to provide clear credit to Ruby's Relics as the manufacturer.
6. Returns & Refunds
All Sales Final: Due to the custom nature of products, we do not offer refunds.
Defects: Contact us within 7 days with photos for manufacturing errors.
7. Production Timeline & Order Fulfillment
Turnaround Time: Order completion depends on the active production queue. All orders will be finished by Ruby's Relics' next opening window.
Status Updates: Tracking is shared once shipped. Ruby's Relics is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
8. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Authorization & Consent: By placing an order, you confirm you are the authorized payment method holder, understand the custom/all-sales-final nature of the product, and agree to these terms.
Dispute Handling: We retain order records, payment confirmations, communication logs, and shipment records to respond to payment disputes.
Contact First: For any billing or fulfillment issue, contact Ruby's Relics first so we can resolve it directly before a formal dispute is filed.
Fraudulent Disputes: Chargebacks for fulfilled custom orders may be disputed with supporting documentation and reported to relevant payment/fraud review channels when appropriate.
